My Story

Originally from France, Laure Mouniamy has over 12 years experience. She studied in the school ”La Bonne Graine” boulevard Voltaire in Paris and worked alongside recognised Upholstery industry masters, before bringing her trade to Clonakilty in West Cork.

Laure is passionate about houses, homes and interior design. Her creativity and passion led her to the world of upholstery. She felt at home with the hammers and nails, in what is traditionally a very male dominated environment.

Laure brings her natural French style, exquisite craftsmanship & feminine touch to transform and rejuvenate furniture for contemporary living.

Though specializing in the traditional French upholstery styling, Elle Aime Upholstery’s services also include modern upholstery, soft furnishing work, replacement cushions, bespoke window seat cushions.

With an unparalleled attention to detail and keen eye for colors and trends, Laure brings new life to sofa and chaise longue & antique dining chairs that clutter our homes. To Laure each piece of furniture has potential which is waiting to be unleashed.
